L&#8217;alcol etilico che si forma e che \u00e8 davvero presente nel vino \u00e8 l&#8217;ALCOL SVOLTO (dicitura obbligatoria in etichetta) e si esprime come % vol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I vini dolci hanno degli zuccheri residui e se questi fossero fermentati sarebbero trasformati in alcol etilico (ALCOL POTENZIALE), dicitura facoltativa in etichetta e si esprime\u00a0% vol. La somma di alcol svolto ed alcol potenziale si dice ALCOL COMPLESSIVO.
