Il manico nasconde un piccolo coltello per eliminare la capsula. Nel manico si trova il verme, ovvero la spirale in acciaio da inserire nel tappo per estrarlo. Serve per trasportare le bottiglie che hanno fatto un lungo affinamento e possono presentare sedimenti. Talvolta la bottiglia viene aperta all&#8217;interno del cestello.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Decanter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ha forme diverse, lineari e pulite, che ne delineano il profilo elegante. Serve per separare i sedimenti e permettere l&#8217;apertura del bouquet dei grandi vini rossi. Nei vini giovani invece pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per favorire la volatilizzazione di qualche sostanza che ne determina una leggera imperfezione olfattiva. Oltre ai <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3uYFs0E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>decanter classici<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (questo con la pallina in sughero \u00e8 sempre stupendo) esistono dei gioiellini del design da perderci la testa! Il mio preferito \u00e8 il <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3vabW8p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>decanter in cristallo con incisioni Oxford che ruota sulla base (contribuendo all&#8217;ossigeno ione del vino) di Paysky<\/strong><\/span><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/perlagesuite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Decanter-vino.jpeg&#8221; alt=&#8221;Decanter vino corsi sommelier&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Decanter vino&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; border_radii=&#8221;on|8px|8px|8px|8px&#8221; border_width_all=&#8221;3px&#8221; border_color_all=&#8221;gcid-21fbec71-877e-4169-81a6-b6b5df6aa348&#8243; box_shadow_style=&#8221;preset3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{%22gcid-21fbec71-877e-4169-81a6-b6b5df6aa348%22:%91%22border_color_all%22%93}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Frangino<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Il frangino \u00e8 un piccolo tovagliolo preferibilmente <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3k3YyMl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>di cotone bianco come questo<\/strong><\/span><\/a> usato sia per pulire la bottiglia dopo l\u2019apertura da eventuali residui di sughero, sia per asciugare eventuali gocce di vino durante il servizio ed evitare macchie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sciabola<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>La sciabola da sommelier (o da sabrage) nasce per stappare le bottiglie di spumante in modo spettacolare riproponendo l\u2019uso napoleonico di aprire le bottiglie di Champagne con un colpo di lama sul collo della bottiglia. Per \u201csciabolare\u201d bisogna togliere la gabbietta metallica e, se presente, la capsula. Quando la bottiglia \u00e8 sufficientemente fredda, con un colpo netto nel punto terminale del collo subito prima della parte pi\u00f9 grossa dell\u2019apertura, si stacca l\u2019anello della bottiglia. L\u2019ideale \u00e8 appoggiare la sciabola nel punto esatto poi farla scorrere indietro e dare poi il colpo. Per farlo si suggerisce di tenere la bottiglia inclinata di circa 45\u00b0 con la mano che non si utilizza per il sabrage. La mia sciabola sommelier preferita? Senza dubbio <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3jVcB70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>questa di Due cigni con la lama nera e il manico nero<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: ne sono innamorata! In questo caso l\u2019ideale \u00e8 proporre almeno otto vini (due per l\u2019aperitivo, quattro per le portate principali e due per il dessert) con caratteristiche diverse tra loro.
