Ha approfondito il tema persino uno <\/span><strong><span class=\"s4\">studio condotto dall\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Copenhagen<\/span><\/strong><span>. Eppure i ricercatori hanno definito &#8220;sinergia di umami&#8221; quella che si scatena tra ostriche e champagne, che \u00e8 davvero &#8220;tanta roba&#8221;. Se preferisci il pesce scegline di grasso come il salmone o l&#8217;anguilla, sia freschi sia affumicati. Il contorno ideale? Io stessa ho stappato un ottimo champagne insieme alla torta nuziale, nonostante ai fini dell&#8217;abbinamento sia quanto di pi\u00f9 sbagliato.<\/p>\n<p>A meno che non scegli uno champagne con un certo residuo zuccherino, cosa assai difficile perch\u00e8, seppur nato dolce con tanto di coppa di servizio annessa (la coppa si usa solo per gli spumanti dolci molto aromatici&#8230; ricordi?) ormai \u00e8 prodotto per lo pi\u00f9 secco, i dolci sarebbero da evitare. L&#8217;unica eccezione \u00e8 la cheesecake: un dolce non dolce che &#8211; essendo a base di formaggio &#8211; \u00e8 perfetto per questo vino anche con dosaggi brut.
