Il naso \u00e8 delicatamente intenso, complesso ed elegante. Note di camomilla, lievito, biscotti al burro, cioccolato bianco, pera, timo, pepe bianco e vaniglia.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In bocca la bollicina \u00e8 perfetta e il sapore incanta. Presenta una punta leggermente ossidata che gli fa guadagnare in complessit\u00e0 ed \u00e8 supportata da una grande freschezza. Il sapore \u00e8 elegante, abbastanza sapido e con un finale lunghissimo che sfuma in note agrumate. Naso delicato e complesso: note di mela, salvia, pietra focaia, cedro candito, crosta di pane, cioccolato bianco e caramello salato. In bocca entra deciso, intenso, morbido e cremoso, fresco, sapido, con un finale mandorlato molto persistente. Armonico, lascia la bocca davvero pulita. Di un bellissimo giallo paglierino intenso e brillante con riflessi dorati. Il naso incanta per la sua intensit\u00e0 e la sua ampiezza: miele, pasticceria, biscotto, liquirizia dolce, avocado, mela cotogna, vaniglia, cedro candito. In bocca \u00e8 croccante e intenso, per poi ammorbidirsi dopo qualche istante. Il sapore \u00e8 balsamico e minerale, con retrogusto di erbe medicinali e pesche mature. Il naso, delicato ed elegante, mi ha fatto innamorare e il gusto mi ha dato il colpo di grazia! Sentori di vaniglia, maracuja, salvia, menta piperita, cioccolato bianco, ciliegia sotto spirito, nocciola, caramello, zest di limone e pepe rosa. In bocca \u00e8 intenso, cremoso, sapido, fresco, con un sapore straordinario di frutta matura e spezie dolci che termina in un finale agrumato e una leggera tostatura di nocciola. Grande struttura, finale lunghissimo e ottima beva. Il perlage \u00e8 finissimo, molto numeroso e persistente. Al naso i profumi sono davvero piacevoli e particolari. Delicatamente complesso, ha note di vaniglia, burro, cera, nocciole, pera, sfumature torbate e un finale salmastro. In bocca la bollicina \u00e8 cremosa, con un ottimo sapore e una grande sapidit\u00e0. Fresco ed elegante, ha un bel finale lungo. In effetti, quando l\u2019ho visto, ho subito pensato che \u00e8 di un colore che d\u00e0 grande soddisfazione agli occhi! Di un giallo dorato brillante e bellissimo, ha un perlage fine e molto numeroso che forma una spuma persistente. Il naso \u00e8 freschissimo e ha note di agrumi molto piacevoli: arancio, limone, mandarino, bergamotto si fondono in una nota di croccante alle nocciole appena sfornato. Il finale ha proprio ricordi di caramello non ancora pronto. In bocca \u00e8 croccante e da una sferzata acida, giustamente sapida e freschissima, equilibrata soprattutto dalla morbidezza di un gusto che si arricchisce di sentori di lievito. Un giallo dorato intenso e brillante, con un perlage finissimo, numeroso e davvero persistente. Il naso \u00e8 una poesia di profumi, tutti incentrati sulle erbe aromatiche: salvia, timo limonino e maggiorana che sfumano felicemente nel torrone morbido, nel croccante di nocciole, nella crema di cioccolato bianco e nel biscotto. E poi ancora arachidi caramellate e tostate, ananas fresco e una leggerissima nota di cumino. In bocca la bollicina \u00e8 croccante, il gusto \u00e8 intenso e complesso, il cumino diventa pi\u00f9 persistente, si aggiunge lo zenzero, una nota medicinale che si amalgama bene con il cioccolato bianco non pi\u00f9 in crema. Al naso \u00e8 intenso e buonissimo: si intrecciano note di nocciola, crosta di pane, amaretto morbido, cedro candito, polvere di caff\u00e8, cioccolato bianco, pesca bianca non ancora matura, fiori di camomilla, dattero. In bocca entra cremoso e freschissimo, con una bella sapidit\u00e0 e una grande struttura. Ottima corrispondenza al naso, complessivamente elegante. Di sicuro un vino che non piace a tutti, ma che sono certa far\u00e0 innamorare chi sapr\u00e0 capirlo. Rapporto qualit\u00e0 prezzo straordinario. Io ci ho abbinato una pasta di Gragnano costruita proprio per lui con filetti di melanzana e guanciale sfumati nello stesso vino con erbe aromatiche. In un primo istante ammetto di averlo guardato quasi con sospetto: ma come? Uno Chardonnay in purezza in Sicilia?? Rubare il cuore ad un\u2019amante dei grandi vitigni bianchi autoctoni di questa splendida terra come me non era facile\u2026 eppure lui c\u2019\u00e8 riuscito in meno di un\u2019istante! Questo grande vitigno internazionale interpreta il terroir in cui \u00e8 allevato alla perfezione. Giallo paglierino intenso con splendidi riflessi dorati. Il perlage \u00e8 finissimo, molto numeroso e persistente. Al naso un bouquet ampio e particolare in cui domina la marmellata di limoni, il bergamotto, la spremuta di arancia, i fichi caramellati, il miele di castagno e il dattero fresco al naturale, che sfumano in un finale mentolato piacevole. In bocca \u00e8 davvero buonissimo! La bollicina \u00e8 cremosa. Acido, verticale, sapido. Perfetta rispondenza al naso, il sapore \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 intenso di marmellata di limoni. Elegante e persistente e scandalosamente buono. Si arricchisce di note speziate di chiodi di garofano e cannella e di una piacevole nota fum\u00e9. Bollicina cremosa, elegante, molto sapido, fresco\u2026 un bicchiere tira l\u2019altro! L\u2019ho abbinato a degli spaghettoni con il pesto di capperi di Salina con nocciole, olio evo e parmigiano. Il perlage \u00e8 fine, numeroso e persistente. Il naso \u00e8 grasso e ricco, con sentori di pane tostato e imburrato, fico, camomilla, frutto del cappero, salgemma. In bocca ha un bel nerbo, la bollicina \u00e8 croccante e piacevolissima, tanta acidit\u00e0 che lo portano ad avere un bel potenziale di invecchiamento. Bella salinit\u00e0 sul finale agrumato e lunghissimo. In abbinamento a tutto pasto, da provare con un hamburger di pecora nel rispetto del territorio d\u2019origine. Una piacevole alternativa abbinato ai crostacei che bilancia con la sua sapidit\u00e0. Il naso \u00e8 molto particolare e davvero piacevole. Fiori di tiglio, fiori di cappero, note salmastre, rosmarino e pepe bianco si fondono in un sentore di crosta di pane appena sfornato. In bocca entra intenso, la bollicina \u00e8 croccante, una bella vena acida si amalgama bene con la sapidit\u00e0 finale. Il gusto \u00e8 quello di una fragola matura condita con una spruzzata di limone e pepe.
