Thursday 30 March 2017 in Milanin the beautiful 15th-century frescoed convent of the Four Seasons Hotel*****one of the most scintillating editions of the event ever will be 'aired'. GOD SAVE THE WINE. The Festival, organised by Andrea Gori of 'Vino da Burde and from the Firenze Spettacolo' Magazine will feature 22 Italian wineries and 2 Maison de Champagne.

The buffet dinner will be a perfect accompaniment to every type of wine on offer with its hot canapés in passage, charcuterie boards with pickles and pickles, cheese boards with jams and mustards, three first courses and mouth-watering desserts.

The participating wineries enthusiastically embraced the project of this early spring festival and told us that this year's consumption trend is towards fresh, immediate and drinkable wines that do not require hours of waiting in the glass or overly demanding dishes in combination. In parallel, the place of honour is always reserved for bubbles, considered perfect for every occasion. What can we say? The concept that links wine consumption only to the most important lunches or dinners is finally being cleared through customs! Today, wine is, in fact, a discreet companion to the pleasant moments of everyday life.
