About us
Perlage Suite is a website of content dedicated to wine and food knowledge. Our mission is both to help aspiring sommeliers and winelovers enjoy a good food and wine pairing with awareness, and to help Italian wineries exploit the full potential of this digital age. Our goal is to make wine and food education and digital training enjoyable and effective.
We believe in Culture...
For us, the word Enogastronomy means first and foremost culture. That spectacular tortellini are eaten in Bologna is known all over the world. But how many really know how to prepare them and what wine to pair with them? We want to bring wine cellars to all the gourmets of the world to tell them that in Italy fettuccine Alfredo does not exist and spaghetti carbonara does not contain cream. Above all we want to make PDOs and PGIs shine, daughters of a lesser Bacchus so that in restaurants all over the world it becomes customary to order a wine such as Bursòn from Bagnacavallo or a Centesimino from Ravenna!
... and digitisation.
Chiara helps aspiring sommeliers around the world to become sommeliers and winelovers to learn about new wines, new flavours and new places where you can enjoy unforgettable experiences. In addition helps restaurants create outstanding wine lists and wineries to tune their image to the wine markets established and/or emerging.
Valentina helps companies to innovate and digitise in order to promote oneself effectively, to learn about the potential of new markets and to understand how to exploit one's own e-commerce or the marketplace of others.
We want to give Italian and foreign winelovers a well-organised, high-tech website that allows them to have 'Italy in their hands', wherever they need it!

We are the proud daughters of a land, theEmilia-Romagnawho taught us the value of Culture and the power of work. Ever since we were children, our favourite day was Sunday, to enjoy a lunch immersed in the aromas and flavours of yesteryear. Today we are two young women who prepare that Sunday lunch while chasing a dream:
Making Food and Wine Culture and Digital Culture sustainable in order to spread it to as many people as possible.
Everywhere.
... but above all for us, Italy really is the Belpaese!
Italy staggers once again on a boot with a too high heel, but nevertheless keeps walking. This too is extraordinary.
But let us not stop here, let us not stand still. Let us not resign ourselves to disasters or pandemics.
Let's build a Neo-Renaissance with again man at the centre of life.
Let's start again with Sustainable Culture to really get going.
