Recipes & Pairings
One of my greatest fortunes is having lived in the same house in Romagna with my parents and grandparents for 21 years. My grandmother Diomira "Nonna Mira" cooked everything at home and her fresh pasta remains the best ever eaten ... while my grandfather Mario "the mignatta" - is not the Italian Navy's assault vehicle but a Romagna way of calling a "heavy" person, even if in his case it was in an affectionate sense - he was a really good restorer of antique furniture. Moral at 5 years old I was already rolling the dough like the best of azdore - in Romagna the ladies are very good in the kitchen - and I was guzzling sweet albana in the shop with grandfather in secret while we unwrapped the furniture. Today my husband Francesco enjoys it, who is addicted to many people quick and tasty recipes… Which in this category I also propose to you with delicious ones food-wine pairings! 😍
By the way, if you are a food and wine pairing enthusiast I suggest you follow my podcast "Red (not) goes well with everything where I talk about ingredients, cooking methods, preservation methods, condiments, famous recipes… I sincerely hope you like it!
